The story

Built for a different crowd.

When we took on Climbing Rose in 2023, the house was sparse and set up for a different group of people: gray sectionals, bare walls, a green pool and a side yard nobody used.

We wanted it fun and comfortable for everyone, from the grandparents on the sofa to the kids who head straight for the arcade. So we designed it room by room and installed every piece ourselves: leather and layered rugs, one long table for the whole group, and Texas in every room, from longhorns and cactus prints to a San Antonio mural out back.

Game room & pool · three stages

The fun spaces got a second round.

The game room and the pool became where everyone ends up, so in 2025 we came back for more: an orange “hey y’all” arch, a checkerboard rug, a San Antonio mural, cornhole, pool floats and string lights.
